The District forbids employee conduct constituting sexual harassment or sexual abuse of students. The District forbids students from engaging in unwanted and unwelcome verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature directed toward another student or a District employee. The District encourages parental and student support in its efforts to address and prevent sexual harassment and sexual abuse in the public schools.
