FME Parent-Student Handbook
2007-2008

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

All incoming students to Flower Mound Elementary need to provide these documents for enrollment:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency (example: recent utility bill – gas, electric, water)
  • Driver’s license of parent/guardian
  • Any withdrawal documents from previous school.

Enrollment information is maintained in the office and by the school nurse. Please keep all phone numbers and pick-up information current.
