All incoming students to Flower Mound Elementary need to provide these documents for enrollment:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency (example: recent utility bill – gas, electric, water)
- Driver’s license of parent/guardian
- Any withdrawal documents from previous school.
Enrollment information is maintained in the office and by the school nurse. Please keep all phone numbers and pick-up information current.
