Education activities at Degan are divided into three categories: cardiovascular,
flexibility, and muscular strength fitness activities. These activities are
essential but the major activity that is stressed is having fun and physical
fitness development to improve the quality of life. Develop of motor skills
is an essential part of Physical Education for the all students.
