| What do I need to bring to enroll my child? | Birth certificate, Social Security card, driver's license, immunization record, withdrawal from previous school, and proof of residency in Castle Hills (gas, water or electric bill.) |

| Do we allow visitors at lunch? | Yes. Please sign in at the office before continuing into the cafeteria. Note that only your child may sit with you, and you will both sit at the parent's table in the rear of the cafeteria. |
| How do I check my child out for appointments? | Any students leaving campus during the school day must be signed out in the office. Only the person(s) listed on the enrollment card will be able to sign a child out. For safety reasons, a valid driver's license will be requested when signing out students. |
| What is the procedure for when a child is tardy? | If arriving after the 8:00 bell the student will need to go to the office for a tardy slip in order to be admitted to class. |
| What do I do if I need to bring something to school that my child forgot? | There are cubbies in the cafeteria for each classroom. Parents will drop items off in the appropriate cubby and students will check periodically throughout the day to see if anything has been left for them. |
| How do I drop my child off at school? | FOR MORNING DROP OFF : Busses and Day Care vans drop students off in the back of the building using the driveway by the playground. Car riders (grades K-2) are dropped off on the front of the school in the drive-thru facing Holy Grail. Please pull along the sidewalk all the way to the end of the concrete sidewalk by the dragon sign to drop off. Students may enter via the cafeteria doors or the front door, whichever they are closest to at the time of drop off. Car riders (grades 3-5) are dropped off in the back of the school. Please pull along the sidewalk. Walkers follow the sidewalk into the front doors of the school. Bike riders, scooter riders, or inline skaters please note that wheels are not allowed to be used on campus. You must walk your wheels to the bike racks located both in the rear of the school in the parking lot and in the front of the school by the cafeteria entrance. | How do I pick my child up from school? | FOR AFTER-SCHOOL PICKUP: Busses and day care vans pick up in the back of the school. Students wait in the gym until their bus number is called. Walkers exit at the 3pm bell with their classes at the doors by the library. There are 3 intersections staffed with crosswalk guards: Holy Grail and Avalon, Avalon and Queen Guinevere, and Queen Guinevere and Holy Grail. Car riders (grades K-2) wait with their class under the porch by the cafeteria doors for their name to be called. Please remember to hang the name tags on your rear view mirrors so we can see who to call next. Drivers will enter the school at the front, off Holy Grail, and file through the pickup lane. As cars reach the end of the concrete sidewalk by the dragon sign students names will be called and they will be sent to the cars for pick-up. Car Riders (grades 3-5) wait with their class at the back of the school. Please have your child's name visible when picking up your child. |
