In order to register your students for the current school year, you must bring the required documents on the day you register. Please call ahead to ensure the attendance clerk will be able to assist you in registering.

The following documents are needed:

  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Physician Signed Immunizations *please see new immunization requirements
  • Student's Social Security Card
  • Proof of Residence (current utility bill- water or electric)
  • Drivers License of Parent/Guardian Enrolling Student
  • Withdrawal from previous school district (if applicable)
