New Arrival Procedure

In response to safety related issues our Morning Drop-Off Procedures will change effective Tuesday, October 13 th .

•  If your child's last name begins with the letters A – L, drop them off at the main entrance.

•  If your child's last name begins with the letters M – Z, drop them off in the bus lane at the cafeteria door.

•  Students arriving after 8:00AM must enter through the main entrance.

Teachers and Bear Patrol students will be on curbside duty near the cafeteria in addition to the main entrance. Supervision is available beginning at 7:30. Please note that the cafeteria doors do not unlock until 7:30 AM and relock at 8:00 AM.

It is a challenge for 560 students to arrive by the 8:00 bell. On bad weather days, or any other day, the best way to avoid the traffic is to arrive earlier.

Afternoon Pick-Up Procedures will remain the same. Car riders may only be picked up at the main entrance, and walkers at the gym entrance.
