What is a Learncast?
A learncast is by the Wikipedia definition,
a portmanteau of
the words learning and broadcasting.
It is basically a podcast made up of
a simple audio file. However, these audio
files embrace the practice of delivering
pedagogically sound instructional content
or academic support content.
Learncasting or "podagogy" means
that students no longer
need dread the early-morning
slot and can listen at leisure on their MP3 players
to lectures recorded by academic staff
and distributed over the internet.
The content of the podcasts
will vary widely. Many are produced by teachers for
student use and many are produced by students as part
of a class project.
Podcasting
does not require an iPod or MP3 player.
Most
podcasts are audio files, however some may
include photos or videos.
All
that is really necessary is a computer connected
to the internet.

the Target as. Save the audio file to
