Registration Requirements

* A certified copy of the birth certificate, or equivalent, or a valid passport is required for all kindergarten and first grade students who have not been enrolled in LISD.

* Immunization records are needed to satisfy state and district requirements.

* Previous school records or withdrawal form should be presented at the time of registration if available.

* Proof of residence, such as a utility bill, or rent receipt

* Parents of Special Education Students: Parents of Special Education students moving into the Lewisville Independent School District can schedule "Admission, Review, and Dismissal" transfer meetings by calling the campus the student will be attending in the fall.
