Marjory Kent Vickery Elementary School opened in 2003 in Flower Mound, Texas. We serve students living in both Flower Mound and Lewisville. With a staff of sixty-five people, we work with students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Our name sake, Marjory Vickery and her husband Paul both volunteer at our school along with many other parents and community members. We have an outstanding group of students, staff, and parents. We believe it is key to develop a strong academic foundation and a love of learning in all students. As our motto states: “Vickery! The Voyage Starts Here!" Vickery Elementary received Gold Performance Acknowledgments from the Texas Education Agency in 2006-07 for: Attendance (2005-06) and Commended on Writing and Science.
