Polser Elementary School was built in 1995. Our Polser "family" is rich in diversity, bringing in a strong background of different traditions and experiences. The staff, parents and PTA work together to develop high expectations for our students, both academically and emotionally. We believe that the process of learning is to be valued as much as the end result and work hard to help our students build a set of problem-solving tools for themselves. Perseverance and problem-solving successes build strong and confident children. Polser Elementary received Gold Performance Acknowledgments from the Texas Education Agency in 2006-07 for: Commended on Writing and Science.
