Lewisville High School, established in 1897, is a culturally diverse high school with an average of 2800 students. LHS educates and inspires students in a safe, supportive, and academically rigorous environment, creating opportunities that value scholarship, promote leadership, develop character and provide service to the community. LHS offers over 315 course selections and more than fifty student clubs and organizations. Speech, theater, band, cheerleading, choir, drill team, orchestra, and ROTC are among the award-winning programs. LHS students excel at district, regional, and state level competitions in baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track, volleyball, and wrestling. Lewisville High School consists of deep traditions of pride and excellence that is known throughout the Lewisville community. All students graduate prepared to lead with integrity and make contributions that improve the quality of a rapidly changing world.
