Garden Ridge Elementary School opened in 1992. The school offers its students several unique programs which include “Awesome Achiever," “Good Citizen of the Week," and the fifth grade attends “Enterprise City." Our mission statement is: “Garden Ridge Elementary is a place where a positive, patient and professional staff fosters an atmosphere where children can grow into thinking, caring and productive citizens." Garden Ridge Elementary received Gold Performance Acknowledgments from the Texas Education Agency in 2006-07 for: Attendance (2005-06); Commended on Reading/ELA; Commended on Mathematics; Commended on Writing; and Commended on Science.
