2008 LISD Employees of the Year Nomination Forms

LISD's Employees of the Year nomination forms are online! Click on one of the award titles below and follow the link to complete and submit the form. A list of eligible job titles appears at the top of each nomination form.

A generic nomination form (in pdf format) is available for those who are unable to submit a nomination form electronically, or who wish to complete a nomination form in writing.*

Winners will be announced at LISD’s Recognition & Awards Banquet on Friday, May 2, held at the Hyatt Regency DFW. Details and ticket information will be available soon.

• The deadline for completed nominations is February 22.

• All non-teaching employees are eligible.

• Peers may nominate peers. Selection is NOT based on a popularity vote or multiple
nominations for one nominee. EX: Should an entire campus choose to nominate its
counselor, only ONE nomination form should be submitted; signatures of those supporting
the nomination may be collected and sent to the Communications Office.**

• If selected as a Finalist, the nominee will be contacted to confirm his / her attendance at the LISD Recognition & Awards Banquet on Friday, May 2.
