Assistance Plan

work-life balance program.
When you need help with work, home, personal
or family issues, UnumProvident’s work-life
balance program is available. There
is no charge when you use it.
The work-life balance program has consultants who
speak Spanish and offers simultaneous translation
into more than 140 languages as well as TTY access
for hearing-disabled customers.
